Types of Job Openings
Job openings may be advertised in a variety of methods. On the Commonwealth of Virginia's Career Site job opportunities are advertised as described below:
- General Public (G) – Applications are accepted from all applicants.
- State Employees Only (E) – Applications are accepted from current state employees only.
